Michael van Gerwen and Luke Littler the two favourites to win UK Open

Michael van Gerwen and Luke Littler are considered the most likely to win the UK Open. The PDC has published a list showing the odds from tournament sponsor Ladbrokes.

Both top players have been given odds of 6/1. Van Gerwen managed to win the 'FA Cup of Darts' three times in the past. He captured his titles in 2015, 2016 and 2020, while last year van Gerwen lost to Andrew Gilding in a deciding leg in the final.

'Goldfinger' is given little chance to retain his title. His odds are pencilled in at 100/1, as high as Brendan Dolan, Krzysztof Ratajski and World Championship semi finalist Scott Williams, among others.

Luke Humphries (8/1) is considered the third favourite for the title. Following him are Gerwyn Price (9/1) and Gary Anderson (10/1). Further outsiders include Michael Smith (16/1), Rob Cross (16/1), Stephen Bunting (20/1), Chris Dobey (25/1), Peter Wright (25/1), Ryan Searle (25/1) and Nathan Aspinall (33/1).
