Beau Greaves was a relatively dominant winner of the 2023 PDC Women's Series and took the Women's World Matchplay in Blackpool earlier this summer. This success has seen many call for her to try Q-School next January, however Greaves is keen to take her time.
As seen by Greaves decision to turn down the PDC World Darts Championship, instead opting to play at Lakeside in women's World Championship, 'Beau n Arrow' is looking to not rush her possible entrance to the PDC Pro Tour and regular competition against the men.
"No probably not and I don't see why I'd want to," Greaves answers when asked about the potential of Q-School by Darts Now. "I'm good enough to get a through Q-School, I know that. But the pro tours are a different game. The standard on there is hard and I think that's the difference to the Ladies, the standard is not always up to scratch. It's not always great and you do get them poor games, myself included."
"You can't be doing that on the Pro Tour, and I think it'd sort of crucify me in a bad way," Greaves analyses. "So I think for now, I'll just stick to what I'm playing and maybe at some point in the future."
