Pool draw for Belgian Darts Gala known: Michael Smith set to face Fallon Sherrock

Some top darters travelled on Thursday to Hasselt, Belgium, where an exhibition tournament will be played Thursday night in a hall with five thousand fans.
The organization of the Belgian Darts Gala announced earlier that Michael van Gerwen, Michael Smith, Dirk van Duijvenbode, Dimitri van den Bergh, Kim Huybrechts and Fallon Sherrock will be in action during the event. In addition to playing an exhibition tournament, some pairing matches with Famous Flemings will also be played.
The six top darters will play a tournament among themselves. In doing so, they are divided into two groups of three players each. Van Gerwen, Huybrechts and Van Duijvenbode are in Group A, while Smith, Van den Bergh and Sherrock are in Group B.
The players each play two pool matches. The numbers one and two from each group advance to the semifinals. Then the two winners of the semifinals compete for the title at the Belgian Darts Gala later that evening.
