Gerwyn Price didn't reach the top four in this year's Premier League Darts and has not been in great form since the turn of the year when he is played the European Tour.
But taking to Instagram, he was honest on the reasoning for that admitting that the Premier League format has 'drained' him and that he is 'burnt out'.
"Gutted the way I'm playing at the moment," said Price. "Well and truly burnt out, Premier League format has drained the living daylight out of me. I won't give up though, I'm a fighter. Thanks for all the kind messages, next stop New York."
Indeed next stop for 'The Iceman' will be the US Darts Masters which takes place between June 4-5 at Madison Square Garden.
