Stefan Vermaak will play at this year's PDC World Cup of Darts alongside Devon Petersen after winning the South Africa Qualifier with victory over Justin van der Westehuizen 7-0 in the final.
Vermaak also defeated Charles Losper in the semi-finals who was due to play in the World Darts Championship once more this past December but couldn't get to the UK.
At only 18-years-old, it is yet another young talent to come from the emerging darting nation and will be a new partner for Petersen who has partnered Carl Gabriel in recent years.
This year's World Cup of Darts will be played from June 16 to 19 in Frankfurt, Germany. It is expected that the all teams will not be known until the beginning of June.
