It is third time lucky for Dom 'The Tower' Taylor who has finally added his maiden PDC
Development Tour title in Milton Keynes.
Taylor stands to be up there in the Order of Merit already this weekend having reached two finals already and he finally got over the line seeing off Jack Male 5-4.
He now joins Reece Colley and Keelan Kay from the UK Development Tour, as well as Jurjen van der Velde, Rusty-Jake Rodriguez and Kevin Doets from the EU version.
The tour is open to players between the ages of 16 and 23, provided they are not in the top-32 of the regular world ranking on January 4, 2021 and it is split between UK and European due to Coronavirus.
The Development Tour ranking is based on the prize money won. At the end of the season, the winners of both rankings (European and British Development Tour) will receive an invitation to the upcoming Grand Slam of Darts, the World Darts Championship and a Tour Card for 2022 and 2023.
