On Saturday,
Gabriel Clemens,
Max Hopp and Niko Springer, among others, participated in an exhibition tournament in Norheim, Germany.
This tournament was a charity event to raise money for children with cancer and children in need. Therefore, a raffle was organised in which, in addition to prizes, the audience present were also eligible to win a leg against one of Germany's best darts.
In addition, the autographed shirt that Clemens wore during the World Matchplay was auctioned. In the end, that shirt was sold for 500 euros.
The players present also played a small tournament. Hopp, Clemens and Springer took on three darts players from the region, Team Rotenfels.
The first match was played between Springer and Hopp, which Springer won 2-0. Then Clemens played against the first regional representative, Benjamin Freudenreich. Clemens recorded an average of 111.3 and won 2-0.
The match between Springer and Clemens ended 2-1 in Clemens' favour, while Hopp triumphed 2-0 against Frank Kortendiek. Mario Curschmann lost to Springer 2-0, before Clemens lost 2-0 to Hopp.
