Young and Lauby claim titles in latest CDC Tour double header

Darin Young and Danny Lauby shared success on the latest Championship Darts Circuit double header which came from Ontario, Canada this past weekend.

Young claimed the first event seeing off Jeff Smith in a whitewash win as well as the experienced Kiley Edmunds and DJ Sayre en route as 'Big Daddy' put in some perfect preparation for playing in the World Cup next month with his participation announced earlier.
He went out though in the next event in the Quarter-Finals with David Fatum smashing him 6-1. 'The Scorpion' though went on to lose to eventual champion Danny Lauby.
There was also a good run for 'Soldier' Leonard Gates as well as once again for DJ Sayre, both names well known by those who follow the CDC.
Lauby ended up defeating Joe Huffman who himself put in some good performances at times on the CDC tour last year in a repeat of their Quarter-Final from the North American Darts Championship. A tournament they will all be aiming to reach for in July when the World Series returns to Las Vegas.
