Personally do much prefer the new format but can understand the reasons why the old format was liked. I think the issue was not enough doubles matches. i also like the switch to 40 nations because while there is a standard issue it has allowed a platform for Teams like Taiwan to get a big breakthrough. Would also love to see different countries host each year. Potentially Dubai but Japan or Australia an combine it with the world series would be great

Think Smith will definitely play better with Humphries then Cross due to there style but he has had some woeful doubling displays lately which won’t help.

A Lot of top quality players winning events on the CT recently so should be a very exciting conclusion. Players like Scutt, Plasier, Kist, Henderson and Boulton all should be on the pro tour.

A couple things she transitioned in 2012 so i hardly think playing in any womens series had anything to do with her making such a life changing decision. She also started playing the Challenge tour and won her first event beating some off the best non TC holders along the way including Pilgrim, Henderson and Crabtree and three funny how no one was really bothering when she started playing in 2022 and not being competitive at all.
