Plaisier still maintains PDC aims despite WDF Belgium Open win: "If I keep playing like this, I'm confident I can do it"

Wesley Plaisier has won the WDF Belgium Open last Sunday. The 32-year old Dutchman defeated Johan van Velzen in the final 5-0.

For Plaisier it was the first WDF title of his career. "I don't really know what to say. I knew beforehand I had a chance to win this tournament, but I didn't believe it would actually happen", says Plaisier to Darts Actueel.

Tour Card

Earlier this year, Plaisier reached the quarter finals at the German Darts Grand Prix, a PDC tournament. "And the PDC will remain the most important for me in the coming months. I want to win a Tour Card, and if I keep playing like this I'm confident I can do it."
