Bradly Roes became a two-time World Champion adding a WDF World title to his JDC triumph over Christmas and he wasn't pleased for his performance but glad to seal another.
"It means a lot to me. Yesterday I was not happy about my game, today in the practice room, still the same. But on the stage in the beginning, I already knew I had the crowd against me because there was an Englishman in the final. But I took my chances, in the first set he missed a lot of doubles so I grabbed those.
"The last set I finally hit a 180 on stage but I'm the World Champion again."
"Unfortunately for Charlie, he didn't hit his doubles but respect for him for playing so well. We will see a lot more of him in the future."
On becoming a World Champion, he reiterated the point that in his eyes he didn't play his best.
"I know I can play a lot better. I didn't show it today but I'm still more happy with my game than yesterday."
