Thomas Banks chose a very unusual route Tuesday to throw a 112 finish during the second day of "Champions Week" in the
MODUS Super Series. In one of his matches, Banks took on Tom Sykes.
After Sykes missed the bullseye to throw a 170 finish, Banks had a chance for a leg win from 112. The most standard route for this finish is triple 20, single 12 and double 20, or if necessary single 20, triple 20 and double 16.
Banks, however, started his attempt on the bullseye, which he also managed to hit. The young Englishman then had a score of 72 left. Via triple 12 and double 13 he managed to win the leg;
