Q-School is finished, and 33 players have picked up two-year Tour Cards. For 128 of the remaining players, there's some good news.

The UK Q-School produced 23 card winners, but the 91 players next on the Order of Merit received a consolation prize. They are all eligible for entry into the six PDC UK Open qualifiers. A number of famous names are among those who will play against card-holders for a UK Open spot. BDO stars Cameron Menzies and Jamie Hughes finished 33rd and 76th respectively in the Q-School Order of Merit. That means they could both enter the qualifiers. Gibraltar's Dyson Parody, New Zealand's Cody Harris and Haruki Muramatsu of Japan are also on the list. Former Lakeside world finalists Dean Winstanley and Jeff Smith were also successful. Ted Evetts, having lost his Tour Card, only just scrapes into the top 100 players at Q-School. Among the many to miss out are Mark Frost, Colin Lloyd and Wes Newton. Ten players have confirmed their spot on the tour and in the UK Open qualifiers through European Q-School. After them, 37 entrants will also be permitted to attend the qualifiers. Diogo Portela and Krzysztof Ratajski, as two of the top players in the Order of Merit who didn't earn a card, are on the list. So too are German sensation Nico Blum, Russian World Cup of Darts representative Boris Koltsov and Finland's pairing of Kim Viljanen Marko Kantele. Brothers Rusty-Jake and Roxy-James Rodriguez can join older brother Rowby-John at UK Open qualifiers. Popular Dutchman Jerry Hendriks could also attend qualifiers.
