Rob Cross had a brilliant World Championship becoming champion on Monday evening in a win over Phil Taylor. He did miss out on one achievement that he could of also gained in his run to the trophy.

Rob Cross was gaining the 180 record for the World Championship which is currently held by Gary Anderson at 71. He hit 66 which means he was only 5 away from that record.
Jamie Lewis was next up at 50 who was even ahead of Michael Van Gerwen. It shows how good of a tournament that the Welshman had.
Michael Smith was 1st at 0.48 in terms of 180's per leg while the Rob Cross was 5th at 0.36 per leg. This shows the rising standard of darts at the World Darts Championship.
