Jermaine Wattimena had a brilliant weekend and moved up to 33rd in the Order of Merit as a result. This brilliant weekend was underlined with the Machine Gun hitting a 98 average over 103 legs played.

For Wattimena this lead to two semi-finals where in both of them he was cruelly denied an opportunity to make a first PDC final.
This though has lead Wattimena into contention for a lot; including seedings for European Tours where for 11 and 12 if he can make up enough money in the next events he will be a seed.
Also he only needs to make up £23,500 on Raymond van Barneveld the rest of the year to be the Dutch number two after the World Championship. This of course could mean he has to win a title but as his recent form suggests that is not beneath him as he is playing the best darts of his career based off this past weekend.
