It seems
Peter Wright is recovered enough to play at the
PDC World Darts Championship on Thursday evening. The Scotsman put a photo on Twitter on Monday, where he said thank you to the people who came to his annual '
TeamSnakebite X-Mas Party'.
The UK Open-champion added he is looking forward to play darts on the 21st of December now. Wright is set to play Brazilian qualifier Diogo Portela in the first round.
Wright was diagnosed with three gallstones in his body. Because of this, he had to withdraw from several darts exhibitions and take a lot of rest. The world-number-three confirmed last Saturday he would play at the World Championship unless his condition gets worse over time.
