Adams claims back-to-back victories to begin campaign, Taylor eases past Dobromyslova

Adams claimed consecutive victories over Anastasia Dobromyslova and Fallon Sherrock to begin his campaign with only Phil Taylor remaining in a tantalising clash between two legends of the two respective darting codes.

His match versus Dobromyslova saw him hit a 90 average in a 5-2 win with a high checkout of 121 with both players looking in good form in sections of the match.

Adams improved even more in his tie versus Sherrock seeing her off also 5-2 with a 97 average this time, a high checkout of 161 and 5/6 on the doubles. Can 'Wolfie' defeat 'The Power' to claim the opening tournament.

He will have to get past a Taylor also playing well after he defeated Anastasia Dobromyslova in his opener. This was 5-1 with a 98 average, a high checkout of 160 and 5/8 on his doubles, terrific darts from the 16x World Champion.
