Lisa Ashton has continued her dominance on the PDC Women's Series this season by sealing Event Nine in Barnsley.

Ashton in doing so claimed her sixth title of the season seeing Aileen de Graaf 5-1 in the final. The Dutch player was in her second final in the Women's Series, after victories over Laura Turner, Fallon Sherrock and Lorraine Winstanley.
The ladies can earn prize money with their results. These results count towards the final ranking.
The two best players can participate in the Grand Slam of Darts and the World Darts Championship. In addition, the top eight players in the rankings after twelve tournaments receive an invitation to the first Women's World Matchplay.
