Dave Chisnall was superb last night as he claimed victory over close friend Stephen Bunting in straight sets with him being barely troubled after the first set and now he is into the World Grand Prix Quarter-Finals.

It was a straight sets win for him and while he is over the moon he admits there is something wrong with his darts that he needs address.

He also spoke about Bunting and said that him being ill may have put him off so he is glad he could claim the victory in the end.

'I'm over the moon. I weren't happy with the darts, they were flying right but they weren't going in. That's my fault that's not the darts,' said Chisnall to LiveDarts.

'I think because Stephen's a fast player, I was throwing a bit more faster myself. When I stopped and looked at it I hit.'

'I felt sorry for Stephen because he was a bit ill and maybe that put him off a little bit. I'm just happy I won.'

Chisnall will face Nathan Aspinall on Thursday evening in the quarter-finals. 'Another tough game. I played Nathan last week in Gibraltar and it was a close game. It's going to be another good game, let the best man win.'
