Entries for PDC Women's Series and Grand Slam of Darts Women's Qualifier confirmed

The entry lists for both the PDC Women's Series and Grand Slam of Darts Women's Qualifier have been released with the action beginning in Barnsley on Friday.

One player from Friday's qualifier will join BDO Women's Champion Mikuru Suzuki in the field at the Grand Slam of Darts next month taking place at the Ricoh Arena in Coventry with spots also up for grabs during the Women's Series itself for the PDC World Championship.

Headlining the field include the likes of PDC Tour Card holder and multiple World Champion, Lisa Ashton and Queen of the Palace, Fallon Sherrock. It will be a family affair for both top names with the former having daughter Lindsey joining her.

While for Sherrock, it will be twin sister Felicia Blay joining her in an over 80 player strong field. Other players include three-time Women's World Champion, Anastasia Dobromyslova and Deta Hedman who has also previously competed on the PDC circuit and produced some strong showings at the recent Challenge Tour weekend.

Emerging talent Beau Greaves will also be involved as will former World Master, Lorraine Winstanley and a familiar face for viewers of Sky Sports Darts in Laura Turner.

It has also been revealed that the action in the Women's Series will give fans double darting action on PDCTV with both the ability to watch live action from both Barnsley and Sindelfingen.
