Four top youngsters receive gift from PDC for throwing nine darter

The PDC highlighted four of the hottest prospects in darts last weekend for managing to produce a nine-darter on one of the PDC circuits this year.

Players who throw a nine-darter at a PDC tournament out of view of the cameras will receive a so-called "silver 9-dart pin. Gian van Veen managed to throw a perfect leg during a Euro Tour qualifying tournament earlier this year.

Luke Littler and James Beeton produced a nine-darter at the Development Tour 2023. Jurjen van der Velde had to wait a very long time for his pin. He threw a nine darter on the Development Tour back in 2022, but only now received a memento for it.
