Gilding pleased to reach maiden European Tour final despite defeat: "Next time I'll win it, but this time I'm happy"

Andrew Gilding once again reached the final of a PDC ranking tournament with two prior this year on the ProTour as he returns to some of his levels priorly seen in 2014 albeit losing out to Dave Chisnall at the Belgian Darts Open.

But in reaching his maiden European Tour final, Gilding said he can't ask for much more and that next time, he will go one better.

"I can't ask for anything more than to do one better than I'd ever done before. So next time I'll win it, but this time I'm happy," said Gilding post match.

He also spoke about how he differs from back in his emergence. "I've got more experience, I'm more used to the stage a bit more. We will see what I do."
