Hughes ruled out of 2021 Players Championship Finals due to positive Covid-19 test, replaced by Klaasen

Jamie Hughes has been forced to withdraw from 2021 Players Championship Finals which begins on Friday from Butlins Minehead after a positive Covid-19 test.

Hughes is now self-isolating at home and will be replaced by Jelle Klaasen who is the next highest player on the Players Championship Order of Merit not already in the tournament.

'The Cobra' who is in major danger of losing his Tour Card will make his tenth appearance in the tournament where he will face Vincent van der Voort on Friday evening.

Jamie Hughes has been ruled out of the Ladbrokes Players Championship Finals following a positive test result for Covid-19. Hughes will be replaced by Jelle Klaasen at this weekend's Minehead event.
