Henderson has lost around four stone in weight which is around 25-26 kilograms and admits there is more to go but he is feeling confident again.
"I actually enjoy the walking now. It's something when the lockdown came I decided to start walking. In the last 10-20 years, I've always had an issue with my weight, I got diagnosed with diabetes back in 2011. I had a check up and something had to be done," said Henderson on RTL7.
"I just took to the talking. I can't get enough of it. It's helping me on the stage because I was a big lad, sweat a lot and I think the walking I'm getting fitter."
"I've lost over four stone (25-26kgs) and I'm only halfway to where I want to be. I still feel I'm far too big. I'll address it and keep doing it."
