Improved Denmark side looking to make World Cup of Darts statement: "I think we are getting better as a nation"

After a barren spell of sorts as a nation in the World Cup of Darts, the questions were there about Denmark's inclusion but this was soon answered by the new look time of ever improving and emerging stars in Andreas Toft Jørgensen and new Tour Card holder, Vladimir Andersen who both loved every minute of it and want to make a statement.

"It was amazing, I loved every bit of it," said Andersen to Online Darts. "I worked for it, I came back and wanted to do everything for my team. I want to do everything for Andreas, it was perfect."

"I felt better on stage. I don't know if it was because of last week. I felt very good, I got it a little bit easier because I was playing with him and he played so good in the beginning of the game."

"Exactly how we anticipated. The crowd were backing Singapore a lot but we knew that because of Paul Lim, he's a legend. It was exactly how we imagined it," said Jørgensen.

"We have a lot of good Danish players so I think we are getting better as a nation."
