Jeff Smith already looking forward to World Cup of Darts: "We can make it difficult for any other country"

Canada's Jeff Smith has expressed his optimism ahead of the World Cup of Darts as both he and teammate Matt Campbell begin to pick up some form.
Speaking after taking a dominant victory at the CDC Cross-Border Challenge, Smith expressed his confidence that Canada can pose a challenge to any duo they come up against. "I've been bigging Matt up since the day he made it to the PDC," Smith tells Online Darts. "He is captain of Canada this year. There's no doubt about it he's on another level. I had a conversation with last week and I said if I don't ever win another game let's win this World Cup."

- I completely agree with Vincent's comments on "whistlegate". It's great to have someone with Vincent's exprience address this issue, so hopefully clearer and stricter guidlelines can be given to referees, security and members of the crowd. No whistling during throws, and something like: whistlers evicted and fined a hefty sum.
