Danny Lauby Jr. is known as one of the top talents to come from the USA in recent times and as part of PDC's new series of introducing new talents, he is part of it.
Lauby Jr discussed his biggest achievements so far and it is partly taking the risk in trying to make it in the PDC.
"I think my biggest achievements are taking the risk so far. I haven't made the move over here yet obviously if I get a Tour Card, that's the next move. Before I had management or sponsorship, investing in myself. I think that's a pretty tall order for a dart player back home," said Lauby.
Aspirations
But after failing through the Challenge Tour route, Lauby Jr. continues to set his aims at becoming a full time member of the PDC Tour.
"This is really the land of opportunity when it comes to the mecca of darts. But it would be good to see more North Americans."
"I need to get a Tour Card. I had some success, made a final just wasn't consistent enough. I've got to do what it takes to get a card, I'm ready to do this seriously. I want to be here and want to do this to the max."
