Noppert sends message to Searle after Heaver win: "For him, it's more of a problem to beat me"

Danny Noppert came from a set down to win three consecutive sets and take down Jason Heaver to reach the third round at the 2021/22 PDC World Darts Championship.

"In the beginning, I was surprised that I was 1-0 down for sure but I'm really happy afterwards. It was not my best game. I'm looking forward to playing Ryan, I saw his interviews before," said Noppert post match.

Next up will be Ryan Searle and for Noppert, he heard comments from him about how he is looking to finally claim a win over him but it's not an issue on his part.

"I play on the same level always, I prepare for my own game always the same. I think it's for him, it's more a problem to beat me than I beat him."

Again he will spend Christmas in the UK and for Noppert, it's a bit more easier this time around.

"This week I bring my friend and that's more special for me so I can talk with someone and I bring my PlayStation to play FIFA against each other."
