The PDC has published a list of all international qualifying tournaments for the World Darts Championship. In the months of September, October and November various qualification events are organized for international darters.
The next World Championship qualifying tournament is already this coming weekend. From Sept. 22 to 24, African darters in South Africa will have the chance to secure a spot on the Alexandra Palace stage.
Early October is the PDC Asian Championship, where the two finalists and the best Japanese dart player will receive an invitation to the World Darts Championship. October will also reveal who qualifies for the World Darts Championship via the DPNZ Ranking (New Zealand), Oceanic Masters (for darters from Australia and New Zealand), Indian Qualifier and Latin America & Caribbean Tour (for darters in Latin America).
Also in October are the final tournaments of the PDC Women's Series and Challenge Tour. Two starting spots for the World Championship can be earned through these routes each time. In November is the PDC Europe Super League, where German darters have the chance to qualify for the most important tournament of the year.
Also in November are the West Europe Qualifier and the East Europe Qualifier. Dutch darters can have a shot at qualifying for the World Darts Championship on Saturday, November 18 in Kalkar (Germany). There is one starting ticket at this tournament.
Traditionally, the final qualifying tournament is for Tour Card holders. It will take place on Monday, November 27. Here three starting spots for the World Darts Championship can be divided. Normally there are two, but because Luke Littler and Gian van Veen (finalists of the Youth World Championship) have already qualified for the World Championship, one starting spot is added to the so-called Tour Card Holder Qualifier.
