For several days now, a message has been circulated on Facebook that Gerwyn Price has decided not to play in next year's Premier League Darts and after being widely discussed, 'The Iceman' dismissed this message as fake news.
Price has priorly dismissed the Premier League's new format which sees a mini tournament each night featuring quarter-finals, semi-finals and final. This mainly due to the extra workload and travelling.
“This statement of me pulling out of the premier league by some random page is fake. [fingers crossed emoji] I get selected in the first place,” Price posted on his Instagram story.
