Despite their storied rivalry as of late, last year's Premier League Darts was the first time in which two Welshman have faced off in Gerwyn Price and Jonny Clayton.
Price of course missed Clayton's first Premier League year due to his positive COVID-19 test and as a result, it took Clayton 30 games to finally meet his compatriot.
But it was the defending champion in Clayton who took the spoils in Rotterdam in likely the first game of many between the Welsh duo.
