Raymond van Barneveld returned to the
Premier League Darts but not as a player but as a pundit and commentator for Viaplay and he spoke to Sky Sports on stage.
"Finally I can watch games tonight, I'm really relaxed right now but if you hear this what can you say, this is simply amazing," he said to Sky Sports.
But with Van Barneveld now on the tour, is the desire to come back?
"It's a dream of course to come back, you've got the World Championship, you've got all the other tournaments but the Premier League is something special. You've got the huge crowds, it's simply unbelievable to play for these people."
Looking back now, the doyen of Dutch darts couldn't believe how far the sport has come.
"I wasn't part of the first Premier League but the second and we saw it grow and grow and grow. Wayne (Mardle) was there, from small venues to 10,000 like now. As a boy, it was my dream to play for venues like this."
