A number of men are still in the race for the title at the final Challenge Tour tournament of the season. Among others, James Hurrell, Andy Jenkins, Thibault Tricole, Owen Bates and Peter Jacques qualified for the quarter-finals.
After this tournament, the big prizes made available through the Challenge Tour ranking will be handed out. Berry van Peer has already secured first place and may therefore compete at the Grand Slam of Darts and the World Darts Championship, in addition, Van Peer will also receive a Tour Card for 2024 and 2025.
However, the runner-up on the Challenge Tour Order of Merit will also go to the World Darts Championship and gain entry to the PDC Pro Tour in the next two seasons. The battle for this spot is still between Owen Bates and John Henderson. The latter has already been eliminated during this tournament. Bates will take over the second spot from the Scot if he reaches the final of this tournament.
