"She battered Beau in the final": Fallon Sherrock 'the one to beat' after latest Women's Series says Colin Lloyd

Fallon Sherrock sealed two titles over the course of the weekend and now leads the charge so far this season on the Women's Series and amidst recent dominance from Beau Greaves, Colin Lloyd sees 'The Queen of the Palace' as being back to leading the way currently.

Lloyd called Sherrock 'sensational' and that she 'battered' the two-time reigning WDF World Champion in the final with the Milton Keynes thrower sealing the final 5-1 in Event Four and producing an average nearly ten points higher than her opponent.

After an up and down time since gaining worldwide stardom and the emergence of other talents, Sherrock seems to be gaining steam again and as Lloyd pointed out even tops Greaves now in the race to the Women's World Matchplay, an unthinkable feat a year ago.

"It was the Fallon and Beau show again," said Lloyd on the Love The Darts podcast. "But this was very one sided, Fallon Sherrock yesterday in that afternoon session was absolutely sensational. She threw some absolute wonderful darts, there were 180's for fun. There were big shots, she took the big fish (170) out and she was just so dominant. She took that to the final. She battered Beau in the final.

"For everything that has gone on and been said about what Beau's achieved, Fallon now in the two year list for the Matchplay has jumped over her. She is the top one now and Beau has gone down to second."
