Toyokazu Shibata will make his debut at the 2021/22 PDC World Darts Championship next month after sealing the latest International Qualifier spot.
Shibata won through the PDC Asia Japan Qualifier and will join his compatriot Yuki Yamada in the field at the Alexandra Palace.
Yamada sealed his spot last month in the PDJ Japan Qualifier while for Shibata, it was a dominant final win against Shunpei Noge 7-1.
He showed himself to be a potential player to watch on his debut next month averaging 95.42 in the final with 70% on his doubles ending on an overall tournament average of 90.72.
