It is the final day at the 2020 UK Open Darts with a new major winner for 2020 set to be crowned by the end of the day with the Schedule set for the Quarter-Finals this afternoon.

The afternoon session will see the Quarter-Finals played out and this evening it is the turn of the Semi-Finals and Final in Minehead.
Kicking it all off is Dimitri van den Bergh and Gerwyn Price. The duo had contrasting routes through yesterday with 'The Dreammaker' seeing off an out of sorts Matthew Edgar and Kyle McKinstry who had an excellent run; while Price has defeated Ricky Evans and the in-form Gabriel Clemens. As a result for the Belgian, it will be his toughest test yet this tournament.
Michael van Gerwen has began to looked really ominous; he showed that as he eased past James Wade after previously surviving a real scare against Jason Lowe; now he will take on Rob Cross who has shown his true fight in this tournament after being written off even by himself due to his form and confidence. Can he dump out the World Number One and deny him a first title once again.
Daryl Gurney will take on Jelle Klaasen. 'Superchin' stunned the World Champion, Peter Wright in an excellent victory and for Klaasen, it was the other World Cup winner in Gary Anderson who was accounted for. The former has history on this stage; while for Klaasen it is a real opportunity to bring himself back into contention; he will hope to use that resurgent side of his game again today.
Then it is Jamie Hughes and Jonny Clayton. The latter hit a brilliant nine-darter yesterday against Chris Dobey which willed in him on to victory on Stage Two. For both players, they will get their chance to show their best darts on the main stage after playing mostly away from the cameras, this weekend. Especially if there are shocks beforehand, this match could gleam a surprise name making it all the way.
