"I think Van Gerwen and Gary Anderson are better than Taylor": Huybrechts makes bold claim on best darts player of all time

According to Kim Huybrechts, Michael van Gerwen is the best dart player of all time and even puts Gary Anderson ahead of Phil Taylor in the GOAT argument.

It is a discussion that has been going on for a long time, who is the best darter of all time: Phil Taylor or Michael van Gerwen. Fellow darter Kim Huybrechts, however, sounds more nuanced.

"Purely in terms of talent, I think Van Gerwen and Gary Anderson are better than Taylor. But if you take everything into consideration: work ethic, titles, ... then there is no doubt that Taylor is the best of all time," Huybrechts said to Double Top podcast.

Van den Bergh could never win in a mutual duel against Van Gerwen. "This statement also works in Van Gerwen's favor again. I think Dimitri sometimes has too few balls on his body. Van Gerwen already has the mental advantage, then maybe such a statement is not the best choice."
