Viaplay commentators doesn't understand whistling during World Series tournament: 'What is this all about?"

Last week the New South Wales Darts Masters in Wollongong was a World Series tournament. The final win went to Jonny Clayton.

In the quarter finals Gerwyn Price defeated Fallon Sherrock 6-0. That match was disturbed by whistling from the audience. "This is really very irritating", said Viaplay commentator Jacques Nieuwlaat during the broadcast.

"I also don't understand why his table mates don't report this to the security and this man is not expelled from the hall."

Fellow commentator Frank Visschraper also did not understand what possessed the man. "You go to watch such a tournament for fun and during the first match you immediately start whistling. What is this all about?"

Queensland Darts Masters

Also a week earlier, during the Queensland Darts Masters, there was whistling from the audience. Price even blamed the crowd for his defeat in the final against Michael van Gerwen.
