Luke Woodhouse claimed victory over Michael Smith on Sunday night at the PDC World Championship as the latest big name seed fell by the wayside.
Woodhouse spoke afterwards and said that the main battle was keeping his cool; after having the initial chances to claim victory.
The Bewdley ace said that what he has been doing in his practice is now coming out; as well that he is starting to feel like he belongs with the best.
"I managed to regain my composure and get the job done," said Woodhouse.
"I was in a bit of a haze after missing the chance to win the third set but I kept calm and my confidence got me through.
"I've been working hard and it is showing and I really feel at home on the big stage now."
