Dirk van Duijvenbode reached his first major final at the World Grand Prix after defeating Simon Whitlock, who tried everything to play the Dutchman out of the game.
Whitlock slowed down the pace of the game, slowly retrieving his darts and then walking back to the table on stage with a long detour. Van Duijvenbode also realized the dawdling of The Wizard and then responded with a beautiful 180 score.
