A home tournament is also currently being played in the WDF. During the WDF Virtual Cup, players from various different countries compete against each other. First in round-robin, but the tournament has now progressed to the last sixteen.
Fans' favourite Martin Adams is still in the men's tournament. He saw off Bruno Rangel in the last 32 and meets Mal Cuming in his next match. Adams could face Richard Veenstra in the quarter-finals as the Dutchman will play against Kevin Lane in his quarter of the draw.
There are also some well-known names on the other side of the bracket. Such as Paul Hogan, who competes against Anthony Tekira in the last sixteen. Also in his half are Danny Baggish and Adam Gawlas.
There is also a ladies event, with Mikuru Suzuki, Lorraine Winstanley, Fallon Sherrock and Aileen de Graaf among the remaining players.
