Last weekend, the WDF circuit touched down in Hungary for two tournaments that count towards the world rankings.
Hannes Schnier was the big winner in Hungary. On Saturday, he won the Balaton Masters by beating home favourite Patrik Kovacs 5-1 in the final.
A day later, the 46-year-old Austrian triumphed again. In the final of the Balaton Classic, he was 5-4 too strong for Romanian Daniel Racoveanu.
Both tournaments have bronze status in the WDF, the lowest category of tournaments that count towards the world rankings. Schnier has qualified for the WDF World Masters thanks to these wins.
Congratulations to Hannes Schnier, who has won his first two WDF titles this weekend in Hungary.
