Rob Cross is one win away from achieving a feat only achieved twice before in the Premier League, it has been revealed ahead of the final night in Leeds.

That is topping the table before the end of season playoffs at the O2. Only two more players have done it before.
Phil Taylor did it between 2005-2012 to show ‘The Power’s dominance in this tournament over the years.
Michael van Gerwen who still could finish top of the table himself has done it from 2013-2018 and has been the dominant force in the Premier League.
For ‘Voltage’ a win over the in-form James Wade will be enough while Van Gerwen will have to defeat Mensur Suljovic and only if Cross slips up will he win the regular season again.
The former World Champion if he does finish top will receive a £25,000 League winners bonus heading into the O2.
