STANDINGS: Jason Askew becomes winner of second Icons of Darts League Week

The second week of the MODUS Icons of Darts League is complete with Jason Askew taking the honours in an impressive week which saw him cap it off with Saturday's final group win.

Askew claimed 15 wins over the course of the week and only lost five times which is a brilliant series and sees him join David Evans in winning in the Icons of Darts League.

Arron Monk missed out by 8 points but also had a great week which included claiming a group win on his 30th birthday. His series encapsulated 11 wins and nine defeats overall which was the same as Andy Jenkins in third who was behind on leg difference.

Jenkins barring Robert Collins who finished last was the only player not to claim a group win this week but still finished third showing the consistency of 'Rocky'.

Jarred Cole and Paul Nicholson came next with the latter claiming two group wins and even having a chance of a third today but that wasn't forthcoming and due to 11 defeats despite that double, he finishes fifth.

The Icons of Darts League is a competition that runs on 24 different days from Monday April 6 through to Saturday May 2. Each playing week consists of six players. There are five players on each matchday with one player taking a rest.

Each day consists of four matches for each player with the player with the most wins claiming the group win for that day.
