Barry seals Development Tour brace in Hildesheim

Keane Barry sealed a PDC Development Tour brace winning his second title in three days on Sunday in Hildesheim.

He defeated Owen 'The Master' Bates in the final in a 5-3 win averaging 95.85 and hitting three 180's to seal his third of the season and fifth of his career.

The Development Tour is the youth circuit of the PDC. This tour is open to players aged 16 to 23. Players who turn 24 during the season may continue to participate.

At each Development Tour tournament there is a prize fund of £10,000 to be shared. A ranking is drawn up with the prize money. At the end of the season, the numbers one and two will receive an invitation to the World Darts Championship, plus a Tour Card for 2023 and 2024.
