Entries and final stage exemptions confirmed for 2022 PDC UK Q-School: Sherrock, Part and Thornton among leading names

The entries have been confirmed for PDC UK Q-School which is due to take place between January 9-15 in Milton Keynes.
Ran concurrently again with the European Q-School, the First Stage and Final Stage will return once more. A total of 32 players are exempt to the latter in the UK including Scott Waites, Lisa Ashton and Ted Evetts who lost their Tour Cards.
As well as the best of the rest from the Challenge Tour and Development Tour such as Nathan Rafferty, Shaun McDonald, Cameron Menzies and Darren Beveridge.
The first stage which sees Fallon Sherrock, John Part, Robert Thornton, Leighton Bennett, Deta Hedman, Trina Gulliver MBE, Ben Robb and Danny Lauby among those in action will take place between January 9-11.
As well as previously revealed debuts for Ross Montgomery and Paul Hogan who are previous BDO stalwarts.
Up to a total of 128 players in the UK and Europe will qualify for the Final Stage with eight players per day progressing and the rest going on an Order of Merit system.
A total of 32 Tour Cards will then be on offer in the Final Stage from January 12-15 with each of the daily winners in both the UK and Europe receiving. The rest is given on a pro-rata basis.
Robert Marijanovic and Kirk Shepherd handed back their Tour Cards after the first year, while Justin Pipe is a big name absentee and will continue his recovery from injury.
