For
Dimitri Van den Bergh, the
World Darts Championship ended in disappointment. The 29-year-old Belgian went down 3-2 against Florian Hempel in his opening match.
Van den Bergh, however, didn't sit back and in the meantime spent some hours at the practice board. On Tuesday night, he took some time off to provide co-commentary on
VTM 2 in Belgian, for the World Championship semifinals. This saw him impress
Luke Littler against Rob Cross.
"Unbelievable, what a player. It's really crazy," Van den Bergh said. "What he showed a whole tournament here is not normal. It's really crazy."
Van den Bergh finally had some good advice for his colleagues. "Guys, all turn in your Tour Card, because this is not the last title this guy is going to win. He's really going to dominate."
