"Hopefully I can get my undies out of a cardboard box": No shower gel or underpants for Rob Cross after house move in hilarious interview

Rob Cross suffered a 6-4 defeat to Nathan Aspinall in the semi-finals of Night Four in the Premier League, but seemed to have other concerns on his mind post-match. 'Voltage' is in fourth place in the standings after four matchdays.

Cross has recently moved house and admitted not everything has gone to plan so far. "I'm just happy that I'm standing here with clothes on," he laughed.

"I have just moved and am having difficulty finding my underwear and trousers. My shower gel also seems to have disappeared."

Despite another decent showing on the big stage, Cross does not want to use that move, and ones made by the PDC this year, as an excuse for his results. "Although it is an adjustment that we now have to play Players Championship tournaments on Monday. Monday was normally my day off, I considered it a Sunday."

Since the beginning of this year, all Players Championship events have been played during the week and no longer on weekends. "But we are professionals and we will have to learn to deal with that," he said. "Ultimately, the PDC imposes the rules and we must comply with them."
