Humphries-Whitlock and Dolan-Noppert set for semi-finals of Players Championship 2

Four players remain at Players Championship 2 in Barnsley and three of them are ProTour standouts sealing titles regularly and the other returns to the semi-finals for the first time in a number of years.

Luke Humphries was the top ProTour player in 2022 and as top seed today has lived up to his billing. He took down James Wade 6-5 in a high quality contest and will now face Simon Whitlock who has been superb today.

While in the other half is Brendan Dolan who has kept his career on track in recent years with regular ProTour wins, he faces UK Open champion in Danny Noppert.
