Jelle Klaasen is all set to take on Daryl Gurney later today as he takes part in his first major Quarter-Final in over 3 years at the UK Open.
Klaasen did so by producing stunning wins over Steve West and
Gary Anderson latterly on the big stage and after this past weekend, ‘The Cobra’ has the drive back to play as well as before.
"It's been a while since I felt so relaxed on stage, even when I was under pressure," said Klaasen.
"I had the wrist surgery [in 2017] and it takes a while to get the confidence back, but I'm happy that slowly it's getting there.
"The belief is back and I know I can perform under pressure, and that showed against Gary. If I score like I can and hit my doubles like I have this weekend, I can beat anyone."
